1. Right to withdraw from a contract

1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the conclusion of the contract, or in the case of a purchase contract, from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

1.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Bobánek s.r.o. of your decision to withdraw from the contract. It is strongly recommended to use the attached sample withdrawal form.

1.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the end of the 14-day period.

1.5 Goods can only be returned unused, preferably in their original packaging. Please note that goods that have been used (for example, diapers) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Once washed, the goods are automatically considered used.

1.6 The buyer must prove the purchase of the goods from the seller (purchase receipt/invoice issued by the seller), which should be sent together with the goods and the withdrawal form.

2. Options for returning goods within 14 days of withdrawal

You can use the following options to return goods within 14 days of withdrawal:

• The simplest option is to send the goods back via the Zásielkovňa branch network. In this case, you just need to take the package to any Zásielkovňa branch without any special labeling and inform them of the return with the e-shop identifier: 94130375.
