Information on the Right of Withdrawal
1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2 You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 days from the day following the day the contract is concluded, and in the case of a purchase contract, from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
1.3 For the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, you must inform Bobánek s.r.o., with its registered office at Králíčkova 4267, Havlíčkův Brod 58001, identification number: 08532451, of your withdrawal from this contract by means of a unilateral legal action (for example, a letter sent via a postal service provider or an email). We strongly recommend using the attached standard withdrawal form.
1.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal communication before the relevant period expires.
1.5 Goods can only be returned unused, preferably in their original packaging. We advise buyers that if the goods have been used (for example, diapers), these products can no longer be returned for hygienic reasons. After washing, the goods are automatically considered used.
1.6. The buyer is obliged to prove the purchase of the goods from the seller (receipt / invoice issued by the seller), which must be sent together with the goods and the withdrawal form.
2. Method of Notification
The easiest way to notify us of the withdrawal is to use the Return of goods button, which will redirect you to the returns form.
You can find this button in the order dispatch confirmation email as well as in the order details within your profile on the e-shop after logging in. Alternatively, you can simply send a notification to our email, see Contacts.
3. Options for Goods Delivery when Withdrawing within 14 Days
To deliver the goods when withdrawing from the contract within 14 days, you can use the following options:

- The easiest option is to send the goods as a return shipment via the Packeta (Zásilkovna) branch network.
In this case, without needing to label the package in any way, simply take the parcel to any Packeta branch and report the return to the e-shop using the identifier: 94130375.
